Hospitals, hailing from Essex UK, are one of those promising hardcore bands who aren't getting any recognition whatsoever. This band really deserves the attention. I have their self titled EP and I have to say I like almost every song on it. That's something not a lot of albums/ep's do.

The song 'Winter Nine' is my personal favorite. It starts building up to the main melodic riff and outbursts hardcore bands are known for. The lyrics are also one of their strong points if not their strongest point. A vocalist who combines skill and emotion into his screaming is someone you should definitely take serious. The vocalist of 'Hospitals' is certainly one of them. The song has so much power especially when the actual riffs and melodies start. I have goosebumps everytime I hear the transition in this song.
